Job Description
Overview We are seeking a proactive and skilled Part-Time Handyman to help with home renovation Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building interior systems, including electrical equipment, plumbing, HVAC systems, and facilities equipment. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment such as ohmmeters for electrical testing and welding tools for metal repairs. Carry out painting tasks including touch-ups and full maintenance painting projects to maintain aesthetic standards. Assist with carpentry projects such as installing fixtures, repairing doors or cabinetry, and other building interior maintenance tasks. Support plumbing system maintenance and repair activities to ensure proper operation of water supply and drainage systems. Requirements Proven experience in maintenance and repair Proficiency with hand tools, electrical equipment repair, plumbing systems Excellent communication skills in English for effective customer service and team collaboration. Valid knowledge of safety protocols related to electrical work, plumbing, HVAC repair, and general facilities maintenance.
