Ace Garage Door Service - North Jersey Full-Time | $100,000-$300,000+ Earning Potential Ace Garage Door Service is looking for an experienced, high-producing Garage Door Sales & Service Technician to help launch and grow our North Jersey operation.

THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY-LEVEL POSITION

What matters most: Proven garage door sales + service experience Strong in-home sales and closing ability Able to diagnose, sell, and complete your own jobs Must know your sales numbers — average ticket, close rate, weekly/monthly production Recent sales history must be verifiable through redacted invoices, commission statements, production reports, or similar documentation Experience training or leading technicians is a major plus

Compensation & Benefits:

$100K-$300K+ earning potential Base pay + uncapped commission Additional earning potential from technicians you help build and manage Company truck + fuel Tools provided Strong company-generated lead flow Medical, dental & vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off Growth Opportunity We are looking for someone who can start as a top producer and grow into Service Manager / Location Leader as we build the team.
