Job Description
Overview Our company is looking for a part-time bilingual Janitorial Lead Person/Floor Technician to work with and supervise cleaning personnel at a location in Mays Landing, NJ. The Lead Person/Floor Tech will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of cleanliness under a performance based contract. He/she will perform cleaning work as well as handle weekly and daily employee schedules, oversee daily tasks to ensure they are completed well and on time, and manage our inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies. Ability to communicate verbally in both English and Spanish is required. Our ideal applicant has several years of janitorial experience, including supervisory roles. This is an evening position working 5:00PM to 10:00PM Monday through Friday. Additional work hours are occasionally available for weekend floor care projects. Responsibilities Perform Assigned Cleaning Duties Perform Routine Hard Floor Maintenance (Buffing, Scrub/Recoat, Strip/Refinish) And Carpet Cleaning. Create And Manage Service Schedules For Cleaning Staff Measure Performance And Maintain Quality Standards Interview And Train New Staff Keep Track Of Inventory Needs (Equipment, Tools, And Equipment) Maintain A Safe And Healthy Work Environment. - 5 Years Of Experience In Janitorial Services Supervision Bilingual
- Spanish And English Knowledge And Experience In Hard Floor Maintenance And Carpet Cleaning. Strong Leadership And Communications Skills Required. Ability To Perform Physical Tasks As Needed Compensation/Benefits Hourly Rate $17.50
