Job Description
Overview This is a "floater position" which requires the willingness to work at various locations to provide fill-in coverage as an Office Cleaner or Floor Maintenance Tech . Work days and shift times will vary according to need and may change with short notice. Both afternoon and evening availability is required. Floor care projects (such as buffing, machine scrubbing, scrub/recoat work, and strip/refinish work) are ocasionally performed on weekends. A minimum of 30 hours of work per week is guaranteed, with 40 hours per week likely when weekend projects are scheduled. A vehicle/mileage reimbursement will be provided. Responsibilities Perform Office Cleaning Activities At Assigned Locations In Atlantic County, lower Ocean County, and upper Cape May County. Work Alone Or With Others To Perform Routine And Restorative Floor Care Maintenance At Assigned Locations In Atlantic County, lower Ocean County, and upper Cape May County. Ensure Proper And Safe Use Of Equipment, Tools, And Cleaning Products. Qualifications 3 - 5 years of experience in office cleaning and floor care maintenance Strong communications skills Valid Driver's License Ability To Perform Physical Tasks As Needed Compensation/Benefits Hourly Rate $18.00-$19.50
