Job Description
Property management company seeks handyman in the Jersey city, North Jersey area to maintain several rental properties. You must be skilled in the following: drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry. You must have your own transportation, must be able to pick up items from home depot, must be able to accommodate the schedule of the tenants. You will be working by work order for the property management company. You will work as an independent contractor.
