Maintenance Technician Pay:

$30-$34/hour

Shift:

1st Shift (6:30 AM - 3:30 PM) with flexibility for weekends and occasional shift coverage Job Overview We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support a busy manufacturing facility by performing troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on production equipment. Responsibilities Perform preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance on manufacturing equipment Troubleshoot and repair coaters, release liners, slitters, and other production machinery Diagnose and repair mechanical systems including belts, bearings, couplings, hydraulics, and pneumatics Read and interpret diagrams, schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals Inspect equipment and identify the source of mechanical problems Complete daily maintenance rounds and assist with monitoring facility systems Work closely with engineering and production teams to support operations and process improvements Utilize a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to manage work orders Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and schematics Ability to upload, download, configure, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs and process instruments Ability to learn and operate lift trucks and related attachments Manufacturing maintenance experience preferred What We Offer Direct hire opportunity Plenty of overtime available Safety shoe allowance Mileage reimbursement for travel between plants Gym reimbursement up to $275 annually after 90 days Quarterly production bonus based on plant performance Paid Time Off (PTO) 12 paid holidays Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Life insurance Short-term and long-term disability coverage Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Health Savings Account (HSA) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Leonia, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $66560.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
