The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing building systems and infrastructure to ensure a safe, functional, and efficient environment. This role includes performing routine inspections, addressing maintenance issues, and coordinating with external contractors as needed. Perform regular inspections and maintenance tasks on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, snow removal and painting Manage landscaping and snow removal vendors to ensure an attractive and safe exterior environment Maintain common areas to ensure an attractive and safe environment Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce the risk of equipment failure and ensure longevity Manage and perform minor repairs to facility structures, including walls, floors, and ceilings, as well as appliances Identify and troubleshoot issues with building systems, machinery, and equipment. Execute repairs promptly to Minimize disruption to facility operations Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for specialized repairs and maintenance Monitor and adjust building systems, such as HVAC and lighting, to optimize energy efficiency and comfort

Requirements:

High School Graduate/GED Vocational / Technical School /

Diploma Program:

Plumbing, Carpentry, Electrical Experience with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and other skills required to maintain the functioning and attractiveness of apartment homes
