Handyman responsibilities will include performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and modifications to our facilities, including but not limited to: carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs. Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining high-quality standards. Collaborate with other maintenance staff and management to prioritize tasks and resolve issues. Conduct minor repairs and maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work. Respond to call-offs and emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
