A Building and General Maintenance Technician performs building maintenance and appliance repairs for an apartment complex, housing division, residential center or business, as directed by a property manager.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Facilities Management Department supporting the operational excellence of healthcare properties. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:
1st shift (open availability) What's the Job? Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on building systems in accordance with company policies, manufacturer recommendations, and safety standards. Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, doors, hardware, roofing, irrigation, painting, and general building systems. Respond promptly to tenant service requests and maintenance emergencies to ensure safety and satisfaction. Complete scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance for life safety, mechanical, and building equipment. Maintain accurate work orders, inspection reports, maintenance logs, and daily activity records to ensure proper documentation and compliance. What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum five (5) years of commercial building maintenance experience; healthcare property experience preferred. Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record. Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple assignments effectively.
