Prolink is seeking a 2nd Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician to support a well‑established manufacturing facility in Mouth Olive, NJ . This will be a Quick Direct Hire opportunity.

IMPORTANT

Candidates must successfully complete and pass a written (Ramsay) Maintenance Skills Assessment as part of the interview process. This assessment is mandatory for hire, there are no exceptions, alternatives, or bypass options. Candidates who do not pass the assessment will not be considered for employment.

PAY:

$60,000 to $85,000 Salary (+5% annual bonus)

2nd

Shift:

3:00pm - 11:00pm Must be willing to train on 1st shift for a few weeks/months if needed. Monday - Friday (Some Mandatory OT for extended shifts and weekends)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of industrial maintenance experience with a demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot and repair complex manufacturing equipment. Chemical, Flavor, or Food Manufacturing is strongly preferred. Must be comfortable with strong fragrance smells throughout the facility such as: Perfume, Floral, Citrus, Vanilla, Lemon, etc. Certification required in forklift operation Certification required in at least one of the following: pipefitting, welding, pump repair, PLC, electrical, robotics, or equipment repair. Strong PLC troubleshooting skills Advanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills with industrial equipment and process systems Read and interpret equipment drawings, schematics, and technical documents Experience with pumps, piping, valves, vacuum systems, and basic millwright work Electrical maintenance experience with 3-phase motors, 480V, controls, pneumatics, and instrumentation support Ability to diagnose root causes and resolve complex equipment and system issues Working knowledge of SAP and Excel Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a Drug Screen, Background Check, and written skills assessment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on production and facility equipment Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and process-related issues Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis on recurring equipment failures Install, maintain, and upgrade equipment to support safe and efficient operations Support production troubleshooting and equipment reliability improvements Perform fabrication, welding, and mechanical repairs as needed Partner with operations and engineering teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance Complete work orders and maintenance documentation using SAP , Excel and other computerized maintenance management system Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes Assist in training and mentoring less experienced maintenance technicians Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, food safety, and GMP requirements
