- Proven intermediate-level skills in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. Experience with hot water tanks and heating furnaces a plus.
- Must possess a reliable car for transportation to various apartments within the Newark, NJ region.
- Must own and be proficient in using a comprehensive set of hand and power tools necessary for property maintenance and repairs.
- Execute repairs and maintenance tasks in residential apartments.
- Respond to and complete work orders efficiently and effectively.
- Have a current work authorization.
- Speak basic English.
- Spanish a plus.
