Job Description

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in residential properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in carpentry, plumbing, painting, and HVAC. They will be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance requests are completed in a timely and efficient manner, while providing excellent customer service to residents. Alternating on-call work for emergencies as needed. The Maintenance Technician will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed, and for ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard of quality.

Pay:
$23.00 - $27.00 per hour
