What You'll Do:

As a vital part of our community team, you will ensure our residents live carefree by handling:

Apartment Upkeep:

Complete resident maintenance requests, troubleshoot Heating systems, and repair appliances.

Hands-on Trades:

Perform carpentry, plumbing, light electrical, drywall work, tile work, painting, and sewer maintenance.

Community Pride:

Assist with landscaping, preventative maintenance programs, and seasonal snow removal to keep the grounds looking pristine.

Teamwork:

Collaborate with dynamic on-site teams and contractors, stepping up for rewarding emergency "on-call" rotations when needed.

What We Are Looking For:

Jack-of-all-Trades:

Working knowledge of electric, plumbing, drywall, flooring, appliances, windows, and locks.

HVAC or Boiler Savvy:

Experience with heat/AC repair

Capability:
