Duties/Responsibilities:

Assist with setup and breakdown of banquet functions including but not limited to rolling tables, moving & arranging banquet chairs, set up of stages, platforms, audio visual equipment & various other materials. Properly dispose of & return all set-up & break-down materials to correct designated area. Prepare rooms for banquet events &/ weddings by following a floor plan. Inspect all areas of the building for cleanliness & repairs to be made. Report any needed repairs to supervisor. Comply with all company safety standards and procedures as they are described by the Safety and Compliance Manager. Perform regular preventive maintenance as directed by the Maintenance Manager, as needed. Periodically check the property's fixtures, materials, and mechanical devices to ensure working order and to address any issues that may be discovered. As needed, perform light duty cleaning, including sweeping, wiping, mopping, vacuuming, emptying trash cans, spot cleaning of glass and mirrors, and changing light bulbs. Other duties as assigned
