About the Role The Facility Support Tech (FST) is a hands-on, member-facing role responsible for maintaining the appearance, cleanliness, and day-to-day operational flow of ReadySpaces facilities. The FST works alongside our General Managers to ensure our spaces are safe, presentable, and running smoothly for our members — the small business owners and commercial tenants who call ReadySpaces home. This role goes beyond routine maintenance. The FST takes on specialized facility tasks that fall outside our contracted janitorial and landscaping scope, ensuring a higher standard of care across the property. daily task direction and on-site priorities Responsibilities Facility Maintenance & Cleaning Sweep warehouse floors and remove dust, debris, and pallets Operate facility wet scrubber to clean warehouse floors Wash windows throughout the facility Pressure wash exterior areas as needed Shampoo carpets in office and common areas Remove cobwebs from warehouse, beams, and common spaces Collect litter from parking lots and facility grounds Dust and wipe down surfaces including sheet metal, beams, uprights, and dock doors Perform touch-up painting as needed Complete vacant unit turnovers and deep cleans between tenants Equipment & Safety Operate forklift, scissor lift, and ladders on a regular basis Follow all safety protocols for equipment use and facility operations Member & Package Services Package area upkeep - move packages from lobby and dock to designated package area Use Envoy Deliveries platform throughout the day to track and notify members of incoming packages Sign for incoming deliveries and route packages to members or the package area Receive and deliver scheduled freight on behalf of members Provide on-demand forklift assistance for members as requested Assist members with small tasks and day-to-day needs as requested Qualifications Prior experience in facilities, maintenance, warehouse operations, or a related field preferred Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain certification upon hire Comfortable operating a scissor lift and working at heights Strong attention to detail and a high standard for cleanliness and presentation Friendly, professional manner with strong customer service instincts Ability to work independently and manage daily priorities with minimal supervision Physically capable of lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Reliable and punctual — timely morning arrival is a priority to support morning tours What We Offer Competitive pay: $27-$28 per hour Benefits package included 401(k) Cell phone reimbursement Dental insurance Health insurance Flexible vacation policy Paid training Parental leave Vision insurance Consistent Monday-Friday schedule with flexible start times A tight-knit, supportive team environment The opportunity to make a real impact for small business owners every day
