Maintenance Mechanic Mount Royal / Swedesboro, NJ 1st or 2nd Shift | Weekend Schedule $28.00 - $34.00/hr + $1.50/hr 2nd Shift Differential Food Manufacturing We're recruiting several Maintenance Mechanics to join an established food manufacturer in the Mount Royal / Swedesboro area as they expand to seven-day production. This is a hands-on industrial maintenance role troubleshooting and repairing production and packaging equipment. Saturday and Sunday will be part of the regular workweek , with 4x10 schedules available. What You'll Do Troubleshoot and repair industrial production equipment Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance Diagnose breakdowns and minimize production downtime Complete preventative and corrective maintenance Troubleshoot motors, conveyors, pumps, drives and sensors Maintain production and packaging machinery Respond to equipment breakdowns and production needs Identify recurring equipment issues and support long-term repairs Work with Production and Maintenance to improve equipment reliability What We're Looking For Industrial maintenance experience within manufacturing Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills Electrical troubleshooting experience Experience maintaining production machinery Preventative and breakdown maintenance experience Experience with motors, conveyors, pumps and drives Ability to independently diagnose equipment problems Food manufacturing experience is preferred Packaging or automated production equipment experience is advantageous Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday as part of the regular schedule Schedule 1st
