We're supporting a well-established specialist manufacturer in Swedesboro, NJ , who are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join their team. This is a hands-on maintenance position responsible for keeping production equipment running safely and efficiently. You'll work across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems , carrying out preventive maintenance, troubleshooting breakdowns and repairing production machinery. Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic faults Respond to breakdowns and minimize production downtime Maintain die cutters, laminators, rewinders and CNC saw cutting equipment Complete scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures Read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and equipment manuals Complete general facility maintenance and repairs Maintain work orders and equipment service records Monitor spare parts, tools and maintenance supplies Assist with new equipment installation and commissioning Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability projects Follow all plant safety procedures About You 5+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills Experience with industrial electrical systems Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics Preventive and corrective maintenance experience Familiar with LOTO procedures Able to read schematics and wiring diagrams Able to troubleshoot equipment independently Basic computer and maintenance recordkeeping skills High school diploma or equivalent Experience with die cutting, laminating, rewinding or CNC equipment would be advantageous. Technical or vocational training in industrial maintenance, electrical or mechanical systems is also preferred.
