Jr. Maintenance Technician Millrun at Union Union, NJ Job Details Full-time $20 - $22 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Qualifications Snow removal Maintenance repair procedures Removing debris Residential painting Building exterior maintenance Unloading Moving Minor facility damage repair Groundskeeping Outdoor debris cleaning Renovation painting Shovels Clean workspace maintenance Entry level Waste transport Full Job Description Large property looking in search for a Jr. Maintenance Technician to maintain the grounds, minor maintenance repairs, cleaning offices, models, assisting vendors and repairing physical structures of buildings and maintaining grounds by performing the following duties: Complete assigned work orders. Assist in communication with residents , delivery notices, work orders and repairs. Prepare apartments for change in occupancy. Clean internal and external areas of buildings. Maintain grounds and dumpster areas, pick-up loose trash, and enhance curb appeal. Empties trash cans and consolidate trash for weekly pickup. Paint interior/exterior walls trim for parking lot surfaces. Operate snow removal equipment. Shovel snow from entrances, mailboxes, and high traffic areas and obstructed areas. Assist other departments with moving furniture, appliances, unloading and storing supplies.
