Essential Functions Oversee daily facilities operations, maintenance, and building functionality Manage preventative maintenance Coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely completion of maintenance Perform general handyman work Support event operations through room setup, breakdown, and AV/facility coordination Ensure exterior grounds is clear of debris and safe Familiarity with HVAC is preferred Other duties as needed Qualifications English fluency High school degree or equivalent Valid state driver's license Local travel and overtime necessary Capable of performing physical activities that require considerable use of arms, legs, and moving the whole body such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials.
