As our Air Duct, Dryer Vent & Gutter Cleaning Assistant, you'll be the essential hands-on support that keeps every job running smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standard. What You'll Do Assist the lead technician with residential and light-commercial air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and gutter cleaning services. Help set up and break down equipment, including vacuums, brushes, air movers, ladders, safety gear, and containment systems. Support interior duct cleaning by moving furniture, protecting floors and surfaces, and assisting with access to registers, returns, and attic or crawlspace areas.

Participate in dryer vent cleaning:

disconnecting dryers when needed, clearing lint buildup, and verifying proper airflow.

Work on exterior gutter cleaning:

clearing debris, flushing downspouts, and performing basic visual inspections for damage or improper drainage. Maintain a clean, organized job site and company vehicle throughout the day. Follow all safety protocols, including ladder safety, PPE use, and proper handling of equipment and chemicals. Communicate clearly with the crew and, when appropriate, with customers about the work being performed. Help load/unload tools and supplies and keep inventory stocked and ready for the next job. Contribute to a positive, professional team culture focused on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. What We're Looking For Reliable, hardworking, and ready to show up on time every day. Comfortable working at heights (ladders/roofs), in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor weather conditions. Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs, climbing ladders, bending, kneeling, and performing active physical work for full shifts. Strong attention to detail and pride in clean, thorough work. Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn specialized cleaning equipment and techniques. Good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude. Valid driver's license preferred (company vehicle use may be available). Prior experience in cleaning, construction, HVAC, landscaping, or general labor is a plus — but we will train the right person.
