APPLY NOW for our Maintenance Tech Maintenance Tech Position Overview A full-time maintenance technician capable of providing maintenance and landscaping tasks across manufactured home community, self-storage, and apartment complex.

Job Responsibilities Landscaping tasks including:

prune bushes and trees, edge walkways, weed, and maintain the grounds with a manicured look Janitorial work including: sweeping, mopping, cleaning, and garbage removal Routine and preventative building and facility maintenance Minor repairs on the properties, including street lights, sprinkler lines, fence repairs, asphalt cold patching, and water/sewer lines Small to medium plumbing, electrical, and painting work Other tasks identified by property manager Job Qualifications or Skills 1-year experience as a groundskeeper/maintenance technician Reliable worker who can perform routine tasks with limited supervision Monthly and as needed water meter reading Strong attention to detail Ability to be continuously standing and walking throughout each shift, and bend/lift/carry up to 50 pounds Legally able to work within the United States Pay $16-$18/hour plus sick time and vacation & holiday pay (after 90 days) and 401K with employer matching.
