Responsibilities:
The Plant Services Technician is responsible for planning, coordinating, controlling, and performing facility maintenance operations within an assigned zone of Socorro General Hospital. This role ensures the reliable and uninterrupted operation of building systems and utilities in alignment with established design criteria and regulatory standards. A primary focus of the position is implementing effective preventative and predictive maintenance practices to support a safe, efficient, and high‑quality healthcare environment.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Trade or Vocational School preferred. General maintenance or specialized mechanical trade experience in healthcare industry preferred but not required.
