Safety shoes, Safety goggles and Leather gloves Seeking a Construction / Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform routine repairs, maintenance, remodeling, and construction-related work for plant and office facilities. Key Responsibilities Perform routine repairs and maintenance of plant and office facilities and equipment . Perform basic carpentry, electrical, and mechanical work. Construct and repair metal-framed and wood-framed walls . Repair and finish drywall . Paint walls and other interior surfaces. Perform office space remodeling and general facility/home repair work. Use hand and power tools to perform facility maintenance and construction tasks. Interpret blueprints, sketches, layouts, wiring diagrams, drawings, and specifications as required. Conduct routine inspections to identify required repair and maintenance work. Basic Qualifications 5+ years of experience building metal-framed walls. 5+ years of experience repairing drywall. 5+ years of experience painting walls. 5+ years of experience building wood-framed walls. 5+ years of experience remodeling office spaces or performing home repairs. Pay:

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
