The Maintenance Route Tech 2 repor ts to the Assistant Manager and handles the work orders for the maintenance and repair of buildings, facilities, and equipment.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 21 years of age; High School Diploma or equivalent; Working knowledge of repairing buildings/structures; Knowledge of construction methods/tools; Knowledge of basic math and ability to read blueprints; Nice, friendly and willing to work attitude; Ability to communicate clearly and concisely; Valid Nevada Driver's License with clean and current DMV printout; Have and maintain OSHA certification as required; Ability to stand long periods of time, walk the property, climb stairs and ladder; Ability to bend and lift up to 100lbs. and push up to 150lbs., as needed.

Building codes, maintenance and repair; Checklists, daily checklists, control logs; Compliance, inspections, safety; Facility, chemicals; Customer service; Emergency procedures; Equipment, monitoring tools and equipment; HR processes and procedures, training; Confidentiality; Systems; Perform other duties as assigned.
