May at times be required to assist in the landscaping maintenanceUses knowledge of fundamental building maintenance, casino/hotel experience preferablePossess proficiency of hand or power toolsMust be able to follow safety guidelinesRespond to radio, telephone, and verbal requests for maintenance and repairs throughout the property
Must be able to understand and follow MSDS sheetsKnow the location of all safety equipment how to use the safety equipment and check safety equipment.
Must have a valid driver's licenseBasic computer skillsHigh School Diploma or Equivalent Work ExperienceGeneral maintenance experience preferred Identification that establishes identityIdentification that establishes the right to work in the United States
Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Maintains operating condition of casino buildings and equipment and completes simple repairsRespond to calls for assistance and minor repairsAssist in the performance of regular preventive maintenance procedures of plant and kitchen equipment, interior and exterior cosmetic maintenance and fixture/furniture repairs.May at times be required to assist in the landscaping maintenanceUses knowledge of fundamental building maintenance, casino/hotel experience preferablePossess proficiency of hand or power toolsMust be able to follow safety guidelinesRespond to radio, telephone, and verbal requests for maintenance and repairs throughout the property
Skills, Education and Other Requirements:
Basic reading and writing abilitiesAbility to work safely with power equipment and toolsProficient in life safety systems operation and resetting.Must be able to understand and follow MSDS sheetsKnow the location of all safety equipment how to use the safety equipment and check safety equipment.
