Responsibilities Install garage doors and related hardware according to specifications. Perform necessary adjustments and repairs on existing garage doors. Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for installation tasks. Ensure all installations meet safety standards and regulations. Communicate with customers regarding installation processes and timelines. Maintain a clean and organized work area during installations. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time. Skills Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial garage doors and openers. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues. Capability for heavy lifting, as the role involves handling large garage door components. Proficient in the use of power tools essential for installation tasks. Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients. Ensure jobs are completed safely and efficiently. Keep accurate records of work performed. Qualifications Valid driver's license Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Good communication and customer service skills. Must be 21 to drive work truck.
