Job Description
Overview SUMMARY:
Maintenance of kitchen equipment, gas stoves and ovens, fryers, coolers, and other kitchen equipment. Electrical systems, blueprint reading, computer printouts, hazardous chemicals, general and preventative maintenance. Responsibilities- Maintenance and repair of large hotel kitchen equipment.
- Repair of plumbing and associated equipment i.e., snake stopped drains, repair leaks in piping, faucets and drainpipes.
- Maintenance and repair of refrigeration and ice machines.
- Maintenance and repair of pumps and pressurized water systems.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested.
