Job Description

Overview Performs routine repairs and preventive maintenance to ensure building systems operate efficiently. Knowledge of carpentry, painting, drywall and texturing, hazardous chemicals and general and preventive maintenance a plus Responsibilities Accountable for all maintenance and repair of the facility. Repair of plumbing and associated equipment i.e. toilet replacement, snake stopped drains, repair leaks in piping, faucets and drains.
Assisting all trades:
painters, engineers, electricians, welders, and carpenters. Cleaning of shops, trash, sweeping, picking materials up from job sites, etc. Ability to work efficiently, independently and cohesively, consistently producing quality results. Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested. Qualifications Working rapidly, attention to detail, observing situations. Must be able to remember orders from supervisors. Must be able to read and write for daily paperwork. Making daily decisions. Minimum age requirement is 21.
