Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, pruning, planting, and garden bed care to ensure healthy and attractive outdoor spaces. ​Execute residential and light commercial landscape maintenance and small handyman projects across the Las Vegas area.​ Operate field equipment, hand tools, and landscaping machinery safely and efficiently.​ Maintain sharp attention to detail on every job site (leaving ZERO messes behind and keeping quality high to ensure customer satisfaction).​ Work outdoors in various weather conditions. Operate groundskeeping and landscaping equipment such as lawnmowers, power tools, excavators, and irrigation systems safely and efficiently. Manage irrigation systems by installing, repairing, and maintaining sprinklers and watering setups to optimize water use. Execute hardscape projects such as installing pathways, retaining walls, patios, and other outdoor structures with precision. Apply pesticides and fertilizers responsibly following safety protocols to protect plants and the environment. Identify various plants, trees, and shrubs to provide appropriate care or replacement recommendations. Follow all safety procedures diligently while operating equipment or handling chemicals to maintain a safe work environment. Experience Proven outdoor work experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or related fields is highly desirable. Mechanical knowledge of power tools, hand tools, irrigation systems, and landscaping equipment operation is essential. Experience with hardscape installation or maintenance projects is a plus. Strong physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions is required. ​What We Offer​

Competitive Starting Pay:

$16.00 to $20.00/hr

Consistent Schedule:

Full-time hours, Monday through Friday, an occasional Saturday if needed.​
