Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Machine Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of industrial machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operational efficiency. Your expertise will help minimize downtime, improve equipment reliability, and support continuous production processes. Duties Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on manufacturing equipment, including electrical and mechanical systems. Troubleshoot complex machinery issues using schematics, electrical blueprints, and diagnostic tools such as voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and low voltage testers. Document work orders, maintenance history, and inventory management. Conduct electrical diagnostics and repairs on systems involving electrical systems, and control panels. Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and engineering troubleshooting guides to diagnose issues accurately. Collaborate with production teams to coordinate maintenance activities without disrupting operations; provide technical support for equipment upgrades or modifications. Skills Extensive experience working in manufacturing facilities with a solid understanding of industrial mechanics and maintenance practices. Strong electrical troubleshooting skills including reading electrical blueprints and schematics; experience with electrical systems, low voltage wiring, and electrical blueprint reading is essential. Hands-on experience with hydraulics is good to have but not required. Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and analysis skills for electrical systems troubleshooting. Knowledge of industrial electrician practices including low voltage systems, schematics interpretation, and engineering troubleshooting techniques. Experience with industrial maintenance procedures such as troubleshooting pneumatic systems and performing electrical diagnostics to identify root causes efficiently. Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills in English; ability to work effectively within a team environment. From $25.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
