Pay:

$22/hour

Opportunity:

Temporary position with potential Temp-to-Hire for the right candidate Duties may include: Apartment maintenance and unit turns Basic plumbing and electrical repairs Drywall patching and painting Replacing fixtures, faucets, locks, and hardware Troubleshooting maintenance issues Appliance repairs/basic maintenance Completing work orders General property and grounds maintenance We're looking for someone who is dependable, mechanically inclined, safety-minded, and comfortable working independently. Previous apartment, property maintenance, handyman, construction, or facilities maintenance experience is preferred.
