Job responsibilities include:
repairing and maintaining the interior and exterior of properties.
Other key duties include:
• Perform routine maintenance such as carpentry, painting, carpet/flooring, plumbing, sheetrock, framing, light electrical, drywall and light roofing.
Minimum Experience, Education, Skill & Physical Requirements:
• Must have basic working knowledge of plumbing, painting, electrical, and/or other general repair skills
•Must have Drivers license and reliable transportation
