Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our small team and ensure the optimal operation of our Food Production facility. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, repairing mechanical and electrical systems, and maintaining a safe and efficient environment. Your expertise will help keep our operations running smoothly, supporting a productive workplace and delivering excellent service to our internal teams. This position offers an exciting opportunity for those passionate about maintenance, repair, and operational excellence. We currently have 25 employees and 4 production lines including Hot Fill Sauces, Culinary Oil Filling and Dry Bagging of a wide range of Food Products. A current Maintenance Technician will be available to provide training for our existing equipment. Responsibilities Conduct preventative maintenance on Food Processing and Food Packaging Equipment. Diagnose and repair issues related to Food Processing and Food Packaging Equipment. Read schematics, technical manuals, and electrical diagrams to accurately troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical problems. Install new mechanical equipment following safety standards and manufacturer specifications. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, parts used, and inspections completed. Follow formal Food Safety Practices to maintain a safe food production facility. Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks, support ongoing projects, and ensure safety compliance across all maintenance activities.

staff in the proper operation of equipment. Requirements Proven experience as a service technician or maintenance technician with a focus on Food Production Equipment. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret schematics and technical diagrams. Knowledge of maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) practices within a facilities environment. Ability to operate construction tools safely and effectively; construction experience is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients. Leadership qualities that support team collaboration and problem-solving under pressure.
