JOB SUMMARY
Performs a wide variety of advanced maintenance work to design and maintain equipment, building and grounds in accordance with all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures. Work requires a general knowledge of various trades and systems, including, but not limited to; mechanical systems, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, HVAC, plumbing, etc. Applies advanced electrical knowledge and troubleshooting skills. Lead small to medium (<$100K) Capital Projects.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Troubleshoot and repair fluid power systems and associated componentsPneumatic:
Design, install, troubleshoot and repair distribution and point of use systemsElectrical:
Troubleshoot and repair motors, contactors, relays, circuit faults, lighting, solenoids, coils, switches and sensorsElectronic:
Installs, programs, and troubleshoots/repairs automated machinery and equipment such as PLCs, HMIs, and VFDs.Mechanical:
Design, install, troubleshoot and repair gears, cams, rollers, belts, chains, bearings, seals, levers, and power transmission equipmentDrafting:
Create, modify and reverse engineer existing AutoCAD drawings/schematics or partsProcess Controls:
Design, install, program, troubleshoot and repair process control systems including but not limited to PLC's, HMI's, and Electro Mechanical Repairs and maintains physical structure of establishment.HVAC:
Troubleshoot and repair actuators, fans, blowers, louvers, dampers, and filtersPlumbing:
Design, install, troubleshoot, and repair all fluid piping systemsCarpentry:
Build, install and repair wood or steel framing, walls, floors, ceilings, crates, and partitions Leads Capital project execution (identification, development, and implementation). Accurately designs and builds simple electrical distribution systems, enclosures, or panels in accordance with NEC code. Performs necessary duties to maintain accurate mechanical spares inventory system. Sets up and operates machine tools such as lathe, grinder, drill press, welder, and milling machine to repair or fabricate machine parts, jigs and fixtures, and tools.Metalwork:
Design and fabricate metalwork to repair or improve existing applications Completes and maintains all company-required performance and maintenance paperwork, records, and documents. Answer work-related calls outside of work on a Company-provided cell phone within a reasonable amount of time. At times, be 'on-call' to handle over-the-phone or in-person service calls within a limited timeframe. Operates aerial work platforms and material handling equipment in a safe manner, and drive personal vehicle for work as needed. Travel to CQC facilities, training, and/or parts store. Attend team, safety, and quality meetings, complete the necessary training required by supervision, and train others as needed. Perform all tasks assigned by the supervisor, while following all company, safety, and quality policies and procedures. Cover for other employees while on break/lunch. Maintain regular attendance at work.QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION /EXPERIENCE:
Two-year maintenance-related degree with 3 years related experience, or High School Diploma with 5 years of related experience/training Must include 1 year of electrical and process control experience. Advanced knowledge of how to operate a PC Must have good driving record and valid driver's license.SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Create, modify and reverse engineer existing AutoCAD drawings/schematics or parts Technical Skills (Preferred): HVAC, Metalwork, and Hydraulic. Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. Stand and walk for entire shift Work at heights above 10 feet and in extreme heat and cold Work with allergens, such as soy, milk, etc. Perform math at an intermediate level (multiplication, division, fractions, etc.) Interpersonal skills- acts in a dignified and professional manner to provide exceptional customer service at all levels within the organization Leadership skills
