Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to join our innovative manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of industrial equipment and systems to ensure seamless production operations. Your expertise will help optimize machinery performance, minimize downtime, and uphold safety standards across the facility. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical knowledge in a fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on manufacturing equipment including extruders, ovens, and beams. Troubleshoot electrical systems using schematics, wiring diagrams, and diagnostic tools such as voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and multimeters. Diagnose and resolve issues related to programmable logic controllers (PLCs), hydraulics, pneumatics, and low/high voltage electrical systems. Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to document work orders, track maintenance history, and schedule preventive tasks. Conduct welding tasks including stick welding and precision metal repairs to maintain equipment integrity. Read electrical blueprints and schematics accurately to facilitate effective troubleshooting and repairs. Operate industrial tools such as scissor lifts safely for access to elevated or hard-to-reach areas during maintenance activities. Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime by providing timely field service support and equipment troubleshooting. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols related to high voltage, electrical maintenance, and industrial mechanics. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for equipment upgrades or process enhancements. Experience Proven experience working within a manufacturing facility environment with a strong understanding of industrial maintenance practices. Hands-on experience with electrical diagnostics, troubleshooting pneumatic systems, hydraulics, and mechanical repairs. Skilled in reading schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals related to electrical systems and mechanical components. Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), industrial electrician practices, HVAC/R systems, and precision measuring instruments such as voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters is essential. Ability to operate field service equipment, including scissor lifts safely while adhering to safety standards. Experience in welding techniques such as stick welding combined with general industrial mechanic expertise is preferred. Strong communication skills in English are required for effective teamwork and documentation purposes.
