About the Position We're looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined individual to help maintain our facilities, equipment, and vehicles. This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys solving problems, takes pride in quality workmanship, and has experience with general maintenance and repairs. Hours are flexible and can typically be scheduled around your availability, making this a great opportunity for someone seeking supplemental income, semi-retirement work, or a flexible part-time position.
Responsibilities Responsibilities may include:
Perform general building maintenance and minor repairs Coordinate and/or perform routine vehicle maintenance and minor repairs Troubleshoot and repair equipment when possible Complete preventative maintenance on buildings, equipment, and vehicles Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical repairs Coordinate with outside contractors when specialized repairs are needed Keep maintenance records and communicate repair needs Help identify opportunities to improve the reliability and condition of our facilities and equipment Every day is a little different, so the ideal candidate is someone who enjoys a variety of hands-on work.
Qualifications Preferred qualifications include:
Experience in building, equipment, or facilities maintenance General handyman or mechanical repair experience Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose maintenance issues Familiarity with basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems Ability to safely operate hand and power tools Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Bonus Qualifications:

Compensation:
$22-30 per hour, depending on experience.
Pay:
$23.00 - $30.00 per hour
