Position Overview Unified Home Remodeling is seeking an experienced Window & Door Installer to join our growing installation team. As an installer, you'll be responsible for installing replacement windows and doors in residential homes while delivering exceptional workmanship and customer service. We are looking for individuals who pay attention to detail, work efficiently, and treat every home as if it were their own. If you have experience installing windows and doors and want to work for a company with a strong reputation and a steady workload, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Install replacement windows and exterior doors according to manufacturer specifications Install entry doors, storm doors, patio doors, and sliding glass doors Ensure all installations are weather-tight, level, plumb, and properly insulated Perform finish work, trim installation, and caulking Maintain a clean and organized job site Protect customers' homes and personal property during installation Load and unload materials safely Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines Document completed work and report any job site concerns Qualifications Experience installing replacement windows and doors required Knowledge of proper installation methods and flashing techniques Ability to read measurements accurately Experience using power tools and hand tools Strong attention to detail Ability to lift 75+ pounds Excellent problem-solving skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Preferred Qualifications Experience installing Andersen, Pella, ProVia, or similar premium products Finish carpentry experience General construction or remodeling experience OSHA certification (preferred but not required) Schedule Full-time Monday through Friday Occasional Saturday work available Year-round employment Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Steady, year-round work Health, vision, and dental insurance 401(k) with 4% company match Two weeks paid vacation, including one paid week between Christmas and New Year's Paid company holidays and weather-related closures Five paid sick/personal days Company bonuses Company events and team outings Supportive, family-oriented work environment Opportunities for advancement Why Join Unified?
