Job description: Maintenance Technician Needed for Beautiful Brand-New Apartments in Beacon, NY Must have 4+ years maintenance experience HVAC / Electric/Plumbing/Renovation/ Appliance Repair/Painting Multi-family residential experience a plus Must be available to be on call Compensation based on skills and experience. Excellent customer service and attention to detail required Must speak English and live within 10 miles of the property
