The ideal candidate will be a team member to others onsite, maintain a safe and organized work environment, and help complete projects efficiently and on schedule. Key Responsibilities Assist with general construction and labor duties on job sites Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment Operate basic hand and power tools safely Prepare and clean construction sites before and after work Follow instructions from supervisors Assist with demolition, framing, digging, lifting, and material installation, Etc. Maintain a safe and organized work environment Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Previous construction or labor experience preferred but not required Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and lift heavy materials Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety practices Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50-75 pounds Ability to stand, bend, climb, and work outdoors in various weather conditions Comfortable working on ladders and active job sites Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience On-the-job training Paid time off
