Temporary Apartment Make Ready Technicians! We are seeking 2 reliable Make Ready Technicians to assist with apartment unit turns at a residential community in Canandaigua, NY. This is a 3-week temporary assignment with an immediate start date. If you have experience with apartment turns, painting, cleaning, or general maintenance, we'd love to hear from you! Job Responsibilities

Prepare apartment units for turnover

Perform paint preparation and painting duties

Clean vacant units to move-in ready standards

Assist with reassembling units following flooring installation

Remove and replace fixtures, hardware, and other unit components as needed

Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Complete assigned tasks efficiently and professionally

Qualifications

Previous apartment make ready, maintenance, construction, or renovation experience preferred

Ability to use basic hand tools and painting equipment

Strong attention to detail

Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as needed

Dependable attendance and punctuality required

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay:

$21.00/hour

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
