Competitive and based on experience ProClean Facility Services is seeking two dependable, experienced floor technicians for commercial facilities in the Cheektowaga/Walden area.

Available Positions:

Position 1: Approximately 5:00-10:00 p.m., Monday through Friday Position 2: 6:00-10:00 p.m., Monday through Friday Exact schedules and locations will be reviewed during the interview.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine floor care and maintenance Operate commercial floor-cleaning equipment, including auto scrubbers, buffers and burnishers Strip, wax and refinish floors when required Sweep, mop and maintain hard-surface flooring Identify and report equipment or flooring concerns Properly use and store cleaning chemicals and equipment Assist with general commercial cleaning duties when needed Follow all company procedures and customer-site requirements

Qualifications:

Previous commercial floor-care experience is required Experience operating commercial floor equipment Knowledge of stripping, waxing, buffing and burnishing procedures Dependable, punctual and able to work independently Strong attention to detail Reliable transportation to the Cheektowaga/Walden area Able to stand, walk, bend and lift throughout the shift Available Monday through Friday during the listed evening hours We are looking for employees who take pride in their work and can consistently provide high-quality service.

Pay:

From $17.00 per hour
