PTO accruing from your first day Position Overview The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors, and staff by ensuring the physical integrity of the property. Key Responsibilities Perform maintenance duties as assigned by the Superintendent in accordance with company policies and all applicable regulations (OSHA, ADA, Fair Housing, and other federal, state, and local laws) Maintain knowledge of utility shut-offs, clean-out traps, fire extinguishers, and hydrant locations Assist with all aspects of property maintenance, including interior and exterior upkeep, custodial tasks, preventative and corrective maintenance, and emergency repairs Repair structural wear and damage to buildings Perform groundskeeping and landscaping duties Maintain cleanliness of parking areas, sidewalks, hallways, and common areas Prepare vacant apartments, including painting and general readiness

Service and repair appliances, plumbing, electrical systems, and other equipment Qualifications 1-2 years of full-time maintenance experience Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow within the role Strong communication skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude
