Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Multi-Trade Construction Technician to join us. The ideal candidate is a skilled, dependable professional with extensive experience in exterior residential construction: siding, roofing, windows, and doors. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality workmanship while maintaining a safe and efficient job site. Compensation - Competitive based upon your experience in the field. To be discussed at interview. Responsibilities Install and repair residential siding Install and replace asphalt shingle, metal, epdm or mod-bit roofing systems. Install replacement and new construction windows and exterior entry doors. Measure, cut, and fit materials accurately to manufacturer specifications. Perform exterior trim, flashing, weatherproofing, and finishing work. Diagnose and resolve installation issues in the field. Ensure all work meets building codes, manufacturer requirements, and company quality standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Communicate professionally with homeowners, supervisors, and team members. Load, unload, and maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles if applicable. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in residential exterior remodeling or construction. Proven experience with siding, roofing, window, and door installation. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (REQUIRED) Ability to lift 75 pounds and work at heights on ladders, scaffolding, harnesses etc. OSHA-10 certification is a plus but we can provide training Desired Skills Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship. Excellent problem-solving abilities. Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience.
