Job Description
We are searching for a highly motivated maintenance technician to join our maintenance team at our luxury apartment community - Village Terrace/Country Townhomes (• 168 units) - located in Cortland, NY. Hourly rate shall start from $22.00 • based upon experience. Candidates must be proficient in all aspects of property maintenance including basic electrical, plumbing, painting, general repairs, HVAC, & must demonstrate strong communication skills. Prior property maintenance experience strongly preferred but not required.
