At Direkt Force, we design and build high-quality hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders and valves. We're looking for a mechanically skilled, hands-on individual to join our team as a Hydraulic Cylinder Repair & Maintenance Technician . This role combines hydraulic cylinder repair, mechanical assembly, equipment maintenance, facility upkeep, and special improvement projects. If you enjoy diagnosing problems, working with tools, repairing mechanical equipment, and tackling a variety of hands-on tasks, this position offers an opportunity to make a direct impact every day. We're a growing manufacturer where your contributions matter. You'll work alongside machinists, welders, engineers, and assemblers while helping keep our operations running smoothly and supporting continuous improvement throughout the facility. What You'll Do Diagnose, disassemble, inspect, repair, and rebuild hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders Replace seals, rods, tubes, pistons, and other cylinder components as required Assemble hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders and valves using hand and power tools Test completed assemblies and repairs to verify proper function and quality Read and follow mechanical drawings, work instructions, and assembly specifications Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines, production equipment, and shop machinery Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues Complete building maintenance tasks and facility repairs Assist with equipment installations, shop improvements, and special projects Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment What We're Looking For Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and equipment Experience in hydraulic repair, industrial maintenance, manufacturing, automotive repair, diesel mechanics, construction trades, or similar hands-on work Ability to troubleshoot and solve mechanical problems Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and assembly instructions Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, machining, or industrial maintenance is a plus, but not required Why You'll Like Working Here Diverse work with something different every day Opportunity to develop skills in hydraulics, pneumatics, maintenance, repair, and manufacturing Supportive team environment where your ideas are valued Opportunities for advancement and growth Competitive pay and benefits Flexible scheduling We're looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in repairing and building mechanical equipment, and wants to be part of a growing manufacturing team.
