$28-$40+ per hour, based on experience, skill, and performance

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday-Friday, daytime hours; no nights or weekends Bespoke Home Solutions is a locally owned handyman and remodeling company serving homeowners in the Greater Rochester area. Our customers invite us into their homes, so the quality of the experience matters as much as the quality of the finished work. We communicate clearly, protect their homes, keep job sites clean, and follow through. We're looking for an experienced residential craftsperson who is ready for more than completing the next job on the schedule. You should take pride in excellent work, be comfortable solving problems independently, and want to grow into a role that includes estimating projects, helping customers understand their options, and supervising other team members . What you'll do now: Complete residential repairs, maintenance, finish work, and small remodeling projects. Diagnose problems and recommend practical solutions. Communicate professionally with homeowners about the work, progress, and any surprises. Protect customers' homes and maintain clean, safe job sites. Document work and use company scheduling and communication tools.

Plan and coordinate projects from start to finish. Guide and supervise team members while maintaining our standards for workmanship and customer care.
