We're looking for a motivated, dependable, and disciplined individual to join our team! Part-time Grounds/Light Maintenance Technician.

Compensation:

$17 - $21/hour (based on experience).

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain the overall upkeep and appearance of the property. Ensure thorough and proper grounds upkeep, taking pride in your craftsmanship. Demonstrate initiative, pride, and accountability in daily tasks. Perform snow removal/landscaping as required, operating applicable machinery. Assist with light maintenance tasks, service requests, and minor repairs. Assure outstanding curb appeal. Work professionally and cooperatively with the team.

Essential Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED required. Prior experience in landscaping, grounds, maintenance and light repairs. Experience in property management is a plus! Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and ability to respond to On-call. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply!
