WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Daily Maintenance Services Prep:

Aggressively clean surfaces using power blowers, brooms, and heat lances to ensure materials stick.

Repair:

Apply hot rubber crack filler and cold patch/hot mix asphalt to repair hazards.

Seal:

Apply sealcoat via spray wand or squeegee, ensuring consistent coverage and clean "cut-ins" along edges.

Stripe:

Assist in layout and painting of parking stalls, handicap zones, and fire lanes. Equipment Use & Care Operate blowers, crack filling machines, sealcoating spray systems, and line stripers. Perform basic maintenance checks (flushing lines, cleaning spray tips, checking oil/fluids). Keep the rig clean—a dirty truck implies sloppy work. Team Support & Conduct Arrive in uniform, ready to work. Assist with traffic control setup (cones, tape) to keep the crew and the public safe. Represent the company professionally when speaking with property managers or residents. Safety & Cleanliness Wear required PPE (boots, vests, gloves) at all times—especially when handling hot material. Ensure no material is tracked off the job site onto sidewalks or carpets. Leave every job site secured and marked off properly to prevent damage to wet product.

You struggle with the heat or physical exertion. You are messy or don't care if you get paint/sealer on the wrong surfaces. You are often late or unreliable. You prefer working alone and don't like the fast pace of a moving crew.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Hourly Rate :

$20 to $27 Per hour ( $20 to $27 per hour (Based on experience) P4

P Experience:

Previous experience in a similar job (asphalt, sealcoating, or construction) is required.

License:

Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Employment Stability:

Must have a minimum of 8 months duration in current or previous employment.

Geographic:

Must reside within 20 miles of HQ in Fairport, NY.
