Disassemble equipment to access, repair, or replace defective mechanical and electro‑mechanical components using hand and power tools. Inspect parts and materials for wear, defects, and dimensional accuracy using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges. Adjust and align mechanical systems and control instruments using measuring and diagnostic tools including multimeters, RPM gauges, levels, and straightedges. Troubleshoot and repair electrical and control system issues using schematics, wire lists, and I/O documentation. Set up and operate machine shop equipment such as lathes, milling machines, drill presses, and grinders to fabricate or repair parts. Qualifications 3-5 years' experience in a production environment required. strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electro‑mechanical systems. Proficiency with hand and power tools, precision measuring devices, and electrical testing equipment. Ability to read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical schematics.
