We are looking for a dependable, self-motivated Facilities & Maintenance Technician to support both our facility and manufacturing operations. This is a hands-on, jack-of-all-trades maintenance role for someone who enjoys variety, solving problems, and taking ownership of their work. We are looking for someone with broad maintenance experience, good mechanical and electrical aptitude, and the ability to learn.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM Overtime and weekend work are uncommon but may be required occasionally based on business or facility needs. This position may also serve as an emergency maintenance contact when the Facilities Manager is traveling. ## What You'll Do The role is approximately 60% facility maintenance and 40% manufacturing equipment support.

• Complete scheduled daily, weekly, monthly, and annual preventive maintenance
• Plan and prioritize scheduled work, repair requests, and facility projects
• Perform general facility maintenance including painting, minor plumbing, lighting, and building repairs
• Maintain and troubleshoot basic facility systems including HVAC, compressed air, pumps, motors, and related equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs on CNC equipment, manual metalworking equipment, assembly equipment, vacuum fill systems, and semi-automated welders
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control issues and replace failed components as needed
• Research and identify replacement parts and materials
• Assist with equipment moves, facility improvements, and other maintenance projects
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and checklists
• Work with vendors and service technicians when specialized support is required The technician should be comfortable performing basic troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and component replacement across a variety of equipment and facility systems.

Specialized expertise in areas such as CNC programming, PLC programming, or HVAC is not expected. ## What We're Looking For The successful candidate should be:

• Strong mechanical aptitude with basic electrical troubleshooting ability
• Comfortable using a multimeter, hand tools, and power tools
• Able to think through problems and make sound decisions in routine, low-risk situations
• Willing and able to learn unfamiliar equipment and systems
• Comfortable receiving feedback and adjusting priorities when needed
• Takes ownership of their work and follows tasks through to completion We are more interested in someone with experience across several maintenance areas than someone who is highly specialized in only one. ## Qualifications
• 2+ years of maintenance, facilities, industrial, mechanical, electrical, or similar hands-on experience
• Demonstrated technical aptitude and practical problem-solving ability
• Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience
• Ability to read basic mechanical and electrical drawings
• Basic computer and communication skills ## Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 75 pounds occasionally
• Ability to move drums and materials using appropriate carts and equipment
• Ability to work from ladders and at heights
